Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly, affordably, and safely as possible.

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $65. Yay!

• To receive free shipping on your order, ensure that you have $65 in your cart before tax and after all discounts. The free shipping discount will be automatically applied to your order. 
• For orders under $65, we offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $6.90 within the United States (Excluding US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii).
• Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. 
• We ship within the USA, excluding US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii. 
• We do not offer international shipping at this moment.
• You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has shipped.
• If your order shows as delivered but you have not received your purchase yet, please contact the carrier directly. 
• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
• If you provide a wrong address, orders shipped to that wrong address cannot be refunded or replaced.
• The time to receive your order may vary based on your location, chosen shipping method, and other factors. We do our best to minimize the processing time required between your order placement and shipping. However, since all our teas are hand-packed to order, that processing time may take 3-5 business days and possibly a little longer during holidays, sales, and new product introductions.
