ORDERS
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you!
Send us an email to hello@myrightmood.com with the subject “CANCEL ORDER or MODIFY ORDER” and your order number. If your order has not shipped yet, we will try our best to get it just like you want it.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Regrettably, we cannot offer price adjustments on current placed or shipped orders for promotions that went into effect after those orders were submitted to our system.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your order.
What is your processing time for orders?
We normally process our orders and prepare them for shipping within 3-5 business days of receiving them.
Orders placed after 11am EST on Friday will be processed the following week. This includes all expedited shipping orders (i.e., Next day air, 2-day air, 3-day air selected). My Right Mood is not open for business during weekends.
During the year-end holiday season (Nov 1st-Dec 31st), orders may take up to 10 business days to process prior shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
This may vary based on your location, chosen shipping method, and other factors. Orders take approximately 3-5 business days for processing before shipping as all teas are hand-packed to order, possibly slightly longer during holidays, sales, and new product introductions.
My order didn't arrive, what should I do?
First, please check your tracking number and delivery status at the carrier’s website; if your item shows as delivered but you have not received your item, please contact the carrier directly.
How is tax calculated on my order?
The tax rate applied to your order will be associated with the address to which you are shipping. For example, if you live in a state that charges a total tax of 10% but have the order shipped to a state that charges a total tax of 15%, you will be taxed 15% on the taxable items in your order.

How much does shipping cost?
We provide Free Shipping in orders over US$65.00.
For orders under $65 we offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $12.75 within the United States (Excluding US Territories and Hawaii).
How do I qualify for free shipping?
To receive free shipping on your order, ensure that you have $65 in your cart before tax and after all discounts. The free shipping discount will be automatically applied to your order.
Where do you ship to, and which carrier will deliver my order?
We currently ship to all locations in the USA, excluding US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii.
We ship with USPS and FedEx services.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship internationally.
