We strive to provide only the best tea blends to help you live your best life today! We guarantee that our blends will leave our warehouse in optimal condition, packed carefully with love, a smile, and ready to put you in the right mood to conquer your day!

 We stand behind our products, and we are sure you will love your purchase! But if you don't? Do not worry! – we understand. Within 30 days of receiving your order, if our tea isn't working for you, your product arrived damaged, or your order was not shipped correctly (Oops!), let us know. We will make it RIGHT for you! 

Did we mess up? 

If your order is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete-, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Not the Right Mood?

Didn't love it? Tell us! We will gladly issue a store credit for the value of your purchase, excluding original shipping charges. Please notice that all discounted items are final sales. We do not offer exchanges. 

Return Process for Damaged items:

  • Please email us at hello@myrightmood.com with your order number, and pictures of the damaged items.
  • Once your claim has been received and approved, we will ship your replacement order, and you will receive an email with the new shipping details. 

Return Process for "Change of Mind" products:

  • Please email us at hello@myrightmood.com with your order number and the reason for your return. 
  • We will send you an email to confirm that your return has been approved.
  • You can select the carrier of your choice to return the items. Please notice that the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. 
  • Please ensure the items are returned in their original individual packaging and pack as safely as possible to avoid damage during shipment. 
  • Once the items are received back in our facility, we will issue a store credit for the product's value, excluding shipping cost and any discounts applied at the time of the purchase. My Right Mood does not have a "Money Back" policy.                                                                                            

Shipping Cost for Returns

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. The shipping cost charged for your order will be removed from your store credit; Orders with free shipping will have $12.75 deducted to cover the shipping cost.
